Layla stared at the small, palm-sized dessert that cost over a thousand dollars and fell silent.

She had plenty of self-awareness.

Layla made her way to the deck as instructed, followed by others.

On the deck, there were five female guests, including her and Stella, and fifteen, no, fourteen male guests.

All the male guests were handsome and had a great physique.

Layla couldn't help but admire a few of them.

One of them was a silver-haired male with pointed ears, so handsome he seemed almost inhuman. He rolled his eyes impatiently and mouthed a warning. "Look at me again, and I'll gouge your eyes out!"

Layla froze.

Stella pulled at her dress, whispering, "Stop staring. You're just making them dislike you more."

Layla was speechless.

She realized that her interest lay in the female lead's men.

The silver-haired one was George Wilson, a top mermaid singer known for his temper and particularly harsh towards the former Layla. Rolling his eyes was typical.
