REFUND POLICY

Since what you have bought or will buy are virtual goods that you can't return, once your purchase is completed you can't get a refund. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us by sending an email to readercare@gmail.com, and we will reply to you within 3 working days.

IF YOUR PURCHASE DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY

If you don't get the in-app items, namely coin and subscription, please wait for a while for the arrival of them and don't make purchases repeatedly. If the in-app items seem to take forever to arrive, please contact us at readercare@gmail.com and provide your order ID and details of the problem. We will reply to you within 3 working days.
