"I'm really fine." Celia shook her head.

"Okay." Greg didn't ask any more questions. He didn't deserve to know what was on Celia's mind now. There must be a reason why she didn't want to tell him, so it was better not to ask.

"Celia, are you free after work today? I want to invite you to dinner, okay?" Greg couldn't help but blush when he said these words.

"Yes." Greg nodded his head unnaturally. It was his first time to ask her out, but he didn't know if he would be refused. His heart was beating fast.

He didn't even know where to put his hands.

"I can't promise you now. I'm afraid that the situation will change. Can I reply to you later?" Celia didn't agree immediately. If she agreed now, it would be unreasonable if there was any temporary change.

"Sure." Greg nodded his head and said, "Okay, I'll go out now. You go ahead with your work."

"Okay." Looking at Greg's receding figure, Celia had another idea in her mind. Then she shook her head immediately and threw the idea out of her mind.

Greg was innocent. She couldn't take advantage of his feelings for her.

Celia didn't think too much and tried to paralyze her thoughts with work. Only work could make her forget time.

Not knowing when, when the door of the office was opened, Celia didn't notice it at all. She only felt that a pair of slender hands suddenly supported on her desk.

They were so good-looking that she couldn't take her eyes off them.

She suddenly realized who was so impolite that didn't knock at the door.

She raised her head and saw the person in front of her. Her heart missed a beat.

A hint of panic appeared on her face, but she quickly suppressed it. With a cold face, she asked, "Mr. Richard, what's up?"

She couldn't be panic, because if she got panic, she couldn't deal with anything well.

With his hands on the desk, Richard looked down at her and said, "Don't you know why I come here? A famous doctor should not be so stupid."

"Is the CEO of Y Group so idle every day? You come to me again and again. It's annoying," said Celia with a bitter smile.

"How dare you say that?" Richard stared at her face. She was full of vital energy today, she had rested for a night and she was in good spirit on the second day.

"Of course, I dare. Since you dare to come to me, why dare I not say that?" There was still a smile on Celia's face. She was not afraid of him at all.

"I can do a DNA test at any time, and I don't need your permission. But do you know why I didn't do that?"

Richard's powerful aura enveloped Celia, putting her at a disadvantage.

"What?" Celia gripped the pen in her hand as if she wanted to break it. It must be a lie if she said she wasn't nervous at this time.

"You caught my attention."

If he really was not his son, she would have taken him to do a DNA test directly and nothing would happen. From beginning to end, she had only been denying, risking her life to deny it.

But she couldn't do anything, nor could she show any evidence.

Celia's heart trembled, and the smile on her face suddenly deepened... "It's my fortune to attract your attention, but my son has nothing to do with you."

As Celia spoke, she took a look at a photo frame on her desk.

As Richard stood in front of her desk and couldn't see the phot

o in the frame, he naturally didn't pay any attention to it first.

This glance from Celia made him look at the palm sized photo frame.

When he was about to reach out for the photo frame, Celia took it away first.

Then, a family photo was seen.

He narrowed his eyes, with a flash of disbelief in them.

The family photo in it was a photo of her and Marvin, and there was a strange man!

"Marvin has a father, so you should give up on the idea? Don't try to take my son away from me anymore, because he really has nothing to do with you."

Celia put the frame back to its original position and deliberately faced Richard. She looked up at Richard who was stunned there.

He looked dubious. Even with this photo, he still didn't trust her.

Celia couldn't help but feel a little nervous. This was the only way she could think of, and that was to say, Marvin had a father.

In order to make him give up the paternity test.

"You still don't believe me, do you?" Celia suppressed the panic in her heart and asked.

"Do you think I will believe such a low-level trick?"

Richard kept his eyes on the photo frame. The three of them smiled happily like a family in the photo.

He had an indescribable feeling in his heart, which was very strange and unpredictable.

"Low-level?" "In your eyes, the truth is a low-level trick?"

"Truth? The truth can make you so nervous?"

All of a sudden, Richard raised his hand and put it on her face. He slid his index finger under her eyes and said, "You were so worried that you couldn't sleep well the whole night. Can the truth make you so worried?"

He could tell that she was nervous. She had tried her best to hide it, but he could still see it.

Celia didn't give up. "There are photo albums at home. Do you need to have a look?"

"Oh?" There was no surprise in Richard's eyes, and a playful smile appeared on his face, which made Celia even more confused. "Let's wait and see."

What did he mean?

Why was his reaction a little different from what she had expected? He was surprised to see the photo just now, but why did he act as if he didn't care about it at all at this moment?

It seemed that everything was under his control.

Celia felt that her plan had failed.

Richard smoothed her frown with his thumb and continued, "Don't be nervous. Take your time."

Before Celia could open his hand, Richard loosened his grip and took a step back.

"Believe it or not, whatever you think."

She didn't know when the show would come to an end.

"What if the child is really mine?"

Richard suddenly asked.

"He can't be your son. I know clearly about what I have done. Unlike you, you didn't even know how many women you had slept with four years ago, and four years later, you have to look for your son everywhere!"

As Celia spoke, she wrote down the case.

Hearing her words, Richard's face darkened. He was very dissatisfied with what she had just said. "If you keep being so glib, don't blame me for being rude."

Celia shut up.

All of a sudden, the office quieted down. With her head down, Celia wrote the case unnaturally, because she could feel a strong gaze staring at her.

Why hasn't he left yet?

Wasn't she clear enough.

Finally, Celia couldn't help but put down the pen and looked up at him.
