Lena didn't expect that Leona would really be able to enter Caspar's villa.

As she watched Leona disappear behind the door, she clenched her fists in utter jealousy.

'Leona, how can she live in this villa?'

Meanwhile, behind the door

Leona blushed at what greeted her upon entering the room.

Caspar had just come out of the bathroom, only wearing a white towel that was wrapped around his waist.

His body looked like it was sculpted down to perfection—his bulky chest, wide shoulders, perfect muscles. He looked like he could break down steel if he wanted to. With the soft light radiating against his face, he looked like a prince, noble and handsome.

When she came back to her senses, she swallowed instinctively, her face flushing as she did.

She hurriedly turned around. In her haste, she accidentally bumped her forehead into the door.

She felt a sharp pain as she retreated and accidentally fell into Caspar's arms.

"Throwing yourself at me again?" Caspar's cold voice came from above her head.

Leona shook her head vigorously. "No, no. This was an accident!"

"Didn't you do this on purpose?"

Caspar forced Leona to look at him by lifting her delicate chin. "Are you saying that you don't want me even when I look like this?"

"No, it's not like that."

Leona instantly tensed when she gazed at Caspar's handsome face, feeling his warmth against her body.

He had a soft look in his eyes but she was too shy and nervous to even notice it.

He slowly slid his finger down her back. "Then tell me, what are you trying to do?"

"I..."

She felt numb and weak as if an electric shock had just jolted throughout her body.

"Tell me the truth,"

Caspar whispered in Leona's ear, his voice hoarse.

"You... look... great."

Leona's voice was

muffled that it was almost inaudible. The minute the words left her mouth, she wanted to bury herself in embarrassment.

"What else?"

Caspar pressed.

"I... I..."

She was a little perplexed.

She gazed at Caspar's handsome face, a knowing smile on her face. Her heart was pounding as she mustered up the courage to say, "I like you very much."

To her surprise, he pushed her away and ordered, "Turn around."

She did as she was told.

"I'll help you with the company but you have to get rid of your so-called fiancee right away,"

Caspar said with Leona's back turned to him.

She turned back around and heaved a sigh of relief upon seeing that he had already put on his clothes. "Mr. Qiao, are you jealous?" she asked.

He didn't say anything; instead he eyed her from head to toe and without warning, suddenly picked her up.

She yelped as she was caught off guard.

'What happened last night is still vivid in my mind.

It still hurts everywhere.

I...'

"No,"

Leona begged in a low voice, blushing.

"What are you thinking about?"

Caspar asked with a playful smile.

"I..."

Just as she was about to open her mouth again, Caspar laid her on the sofa and pulled off her shoes ever so gently as if he was afraid he was going to hurt her. At last, he looked her in the eye and asked softly, "Does it still hurt?"

A trace of warmth arose in Leona's heart.

'He really does care about me.

It's so obvious now. I can see it in his eyes. I can't help but think that I can't live without him.'

Outside the door

Lena withdrew her phone. She had just been taking photos through the crack from the slightly ajar door. The malice in her eyes was undeniable.

"Leona..."

Lena hissed. "I'm going to make you pay for what you did today."
