"So what? I don't like her to be so close to you. Isn't mom doing this for your sake?" Rory's mother frowned and sighed.

"I know you are doing this for my good, but I can handle my own affair. From now on, you'd better not interfere in my own business and the company's business."

Rory warned her coldly.

"Rory, why don't you understand my heart?" Rory's mother said earnestly, sitting next to him.

"I have finished my words. If you really care about me, don't intervene in my business, or I won't turn a blind eye to it." Rory said coldly, turned around and left.

"Rory..." Rory's mother tried to persuade him to stay, but it didn't work at all.

"Perrin, just wait and see. If it weren't for you, my child wouldn't have spoken to me like that. You don't even want to enter my family. Humph!" Rory's mother slammed the cup on the ground and looked at the outside coldly.

Watching the movie on TV over and over again, Perrin was in a good mood that the gossip and was calmed down and they also made good achievements at the box office of the movie. Presumably, this was the result she respected.

"Mom, if you were still alive, you would be very satisfied to see my achievements today." Perrin raised her head and looked into the distance, with a hint of loneliness in her eyes.

Looking down at the smiling woman in her hand, Perrin couldn't help but burst into tears.

"Did you think of something sad, Perry?" Looking at the trembling back of Perrin, Sherry asked with concern.

She wiped her tears and smiled faintly. "Sherry, if my mother was alive, she would be at your age now."

Sherry breathed a long sigh of relief and said, "Dear child, life is destined. Don't feel sad for someone who has already left. Look forward, you still have a long way to go in your life."

Pursing her lips, Perrin lowered her head. People all knew the truth, but few of them could really see it through, and few of them could do it.

"Sherry, I know. I will make myself happy."

As soon as Perrin finished her words, she suddenly heard a knock on the door. She looked at Sherry strangely and found that no one who was familiar with Rory would come to his house.

And Perrin's friends would also inform her in advance. Who would come here without permission?

"Who is it? Mrs... Mrs.AN, why are you here?" The moment Sherry opened the door, the smile on her face froze.

Mrs.AN sneered and said disdainfully, "This is my son's home. Can't I come?"

"No, Mrs.AN. Please come in." Sherry made a gesture of "please" and didn't dare to look up at her eyes.

Holding her head high, Mrs.AN walked in and saw Perrin in the living room. She was stunned and stood still. She had never thought that Mrs.AN would come here, so she was totally unprepared.

Her eyes fell on Perrin and looked even colder. "You such shameless woman, how could you still live in my son's house?"

Looking down at her own pajamas and fluffy hair, Perrin's face turned pale in an instant.

"Aunt AN..."

"Humph! You bitch! I underestimated your ability. You came to my son's house in just a few months... You have such a high p

key unlocking rang again. Perrin looked at the person nervously, thinking that Mrs.AN had come back.

"Mr. Rory?"

"What happened?" As soon as Rory entered the room, he saw a mess and bloodstains on the ground. "Perrine, are you okay?"

Rory ran nervously to Perrin and took a check of her carefully.

Seeing this, Perrin felt guilty. She lowered her head and said, "It's not me. It's Sherry. Mr. Rory, I'm sorry. It's all my fault."

Hearing this, Rory turned to look at Sherry next to him, only to find that the blood was still dripping down.

Rory opened the medical kit in an orderly way and took out gauze and scissors.

"Master, let me do it myself. It's inappropriate to stain your clothes with blood." Sherry took two steps back nervously and hid her injured hand behind her back.

Without saying a word, Rory took her hand and treated the wound instantly.

"Sherry, you have worked for me for so many years. You are the same as my family member, even more intimate than my mother. So, don't say such polite words to me in the future, or I will really be angry."

Sherry smiled knowingly and nodded at Perrin, who was crying.

"Well, Perry, this little wound is nothing to Sherry. Isn't it all right? Don't cry."

Perrin sobbed and trembled, "Sherry, it's all my fault. If it weren't for me, you wouldn't have been hurt."

Rory stood aside and put away the first aid kit. "What on earth happened? Perrine."

Perrin looked up at him with tearful eyes. After hesitating for a long time, she finally decided not to say anything.

"Master, it's Mrs. AN. She had been here." Sherry didn't intend to say anything, but she couldn't let Perrin be bullied.

Rory took a deep breath and said seriously, "I know. I will give you an explanation for Perrine."

As soon as he finished his words, Sasha walked in with her head high. Obviously, she was not surprised to see the mess in front.

With a bright smile on her face, she walked up to Rory and said coquettishly, "Dear Rory, I have a good news for you. Auntie asked me to move in to live with you."
