Soon, Jenny was pulled out.

Only Nancy and Colin were left in the ward.

Colin sighed and sat on the sofa tiredly.

"Nancy, do you still feel pain?" He looked up at Nancy and asked softly.

Her fair face turned red.

She shook her head.

She frowned and was thinking about something else.

What was wrong with Jenny?

All of a sudden, Jenny had the confidence. She was no longer in a sulk. She even could lose her temper unscrupulously. Was it really just because Colin was ill?

Was she really not afraid of getting divorced from Colin?

She had already made some plans.

"Don't take it to heart, Miss Nancy. My wife is too nervous about me. She didn't mean to hurt you. She has always been like this," said Colin.

When people were old and sick, they would not be so sharp. Maybe they would think differently.

Nancy couldn't figure out what was on Colin's mind. She didn't know whether Colin really know anything or not. Or he said that on purpose.

As the saying goes, it is better not to wash your dirty linen in public.

He must have done it on purpose.

How could an old fox in the business world think so simply?

Nancy didn't believe it.

"Mr. Colin, I need to leave now," she said.

Colin nodded. When Nancy walked to the door, he said softly, "Don't tell Winnie when you go back. Tell her that I have eaten up all the longevity noodles."

Nancy nodded.

She walked to the next ward and looked through the glass. Shawn and Sherry seemed to be comforting Jenny, with one on the left and the other on the right. Only Stefan leaned against the wall and looked at them coldly.

At this time, Stefan happened to look up, and his eyes met with Nancy's.

He turned his head a little, as if asking, "What are you doing?"

With an expressionless face, Nancy blinked and said, "It's none of your business."

Seeing that Stefan was about to come out, she raised her hand and knocked on the door.

"Who is that?" Jenny asked.

The glass on the door was blocked by Stefan.

"No one there," he said.

"You are my son. I know what you want to do. Get out of my way." Jenny pulled Stefan away.

Nancy stood outside the door, without dodging, and her eyes were direct.

"Why don't you get out of here?" Jenny asked.

"I'm not here for you," said Nancy.

Jenny tried to hit her again, but her wrist was held tightly by Nancy and she couldn't move.

"You..." She was so angry that she gritted her teeth.

"Doctor Shawn,

ember, just forget it. Let's get to know each other again. Hello, my name is Nancy." She took a deep breath and touched Henry's hand with a smile.

Unexpectedly, Henry grabbed her hand.

Nancy was surprised. She stared at his eyes. Did Henry remember her?

"I can't believe that I have such a beautiful girlfriend," Henry looked natural and said in a low voice, "how can I forget it..."

Nancy said nothing, cut the pizza into small pieces and handed it to his mouth.

"Do you just give me the runaround? You just said those words because you were afraid that I would drag you down, so you said that as if we were not..." Henry took a bite, looking a little lonely.

"No," Nancy immediately held his hand and said, "you are here this because of me. How can I dislike you? I will never do that."

"What if I become lame in the future?" Henry asked.

"I'll take care of you."

"If my hand can't recover well, I can't take the scalpel anymore. I can't make money..."

"I can make money. I have a lot of money. Don't worry about that."

"If I can't remember the past..."

"Will you?" Staring at his clear eyes, Nancy asked.

Would he do that? She couldn't believe that he would always forget the past.

Maybe it had nothing to do with him. But Eileen, who was lying on the bed, would become the murderer.

"That's possible. It's hard to say," Henry said, "if you think I'm just a burden..."

She put a big piece of pizza into his mouth, which stopped his words.

"I don't think you are a burden. Don't be silly," she said.

Standing outside the door and listening to these words, Wendy covered her mouth and cried silently.
