Fear was written all over Fiona's face. Just as she was about to speak, a cold feeling swept over her lips. She found herself unable to speak.

He pressed her hands down so that she remained motionless. She kicked and struggled but to no avail.

She tried to shift her weight on her foot but he was too strong for her.

'What the hell is he doing?' Even setting aside the fact that what he was doing was highly inappropriate, she was already married to his elder brother.

'Does he have any sense of shame?' In her anger, she bit him.

Jeremy had no choice but to loosen his reins on her. He let go of her now swollen lips and moved in a slow pace as his mouth inched towards her ear. "Mmm, you're spicy. Don't you known me?"

A flush tinted her face as she managed to let out a deep breath. Not attempting to hide her anger, she asked, "Why would I have to know you?"

'How ridiculous! Does he think everyone in the world should know who he is?' What an arrogant man!

"Oh, really?"

As far as Jeremy was concerned, they were more than just acquaintances.

He frowned as he kept his eyes on her juicy, red lips. At that moment, he wanted to kiss her again.

Fiona was speechless. When the Ling family talked about the marriage and even when Jeremy picked her up from the Ling family, they always mentioned Caspar, the young master of the Fu family.

She felt like crying but tears weren't coming out.

How coincidental that she would bump into this man!

Her own family was bullying her and this man was molesting her. At the thought of her pitiful state, tears began pooling in her eyes.

"Are you crying?"

Jeremy let go of her and lay next to her.

She seized the opportunity to pound her fists on his chest. She roared, "You're such a molester! I'm calling the police!"

She covered her mouth as a way to protect herself—it was already swollen from when he had forcibly kissed her.

"Don't cry. Do you have any idea who you married?"

'Isn't it obvious?' Fiona thought.

But Jeremy took out two marriage licenses from his pocket. She fixed her gaze on them as realization dawned upon her. She felt as if her whole world was falling apart.

She rubbed her eyes and stared at the name on the marriage licenses.

Was this real? Was she reading this right?

Jeremy's name was written on the marriage licenses.

She wasn't married to Caspar. She was married to Jeremy instead.

Utterly flummoxed, she felt her head throbbing. She couldn't believe what was happening.

"What's going on?" she asked nervously.

Grinning, he put away the marriage licenses and got up. Looking nonchalant as ever, he glanced at her and said calmly, "If you don't want me to do that, then I'll stop. I was just kidding. Come on, we're going out. I'm taking you out to meet some people."

'Why is he acting as if he didn't do something so inappropriate? Was it a dog who kissed me? And who am I going to meet?'

Fiona then noticed the strange look in his eyes. She followed his gaze, only to find that two buttons of her shirt had fallen off, exposing a fair amount of her chest.

She quickly clutched her chest as a way to cover herself, a red hue tinting her face.

"Don't look at me!"

'Where's the mask?' She looked around and found it on the bedside. She hastily put it on.

She tried to convince herself that maybe he couldn't see her as well under the dim lights.

"Fine, I won't look. The clothes are in the closet. Get them yourself. If you want, I can help you." Jeremy put on a light smile on his face.

After he had finished speaking, Fiona curled up in the corner of the bed and waved her hand. "Get out. I can do it myself."

Jeremy sighed and closed the door behind him as he left.

After a few moments of silence, Fiona bounced on her toes towards the door and pressed her ear against it to make sure that no one was standing outside. Once she had confirmed this, she heaved a sigh of relief.

She opened the closet and was instantly greeted by a generous collection of designer clothes.

Never had she dreamed that she would find such luxurious brands in her own closet.

She chose a dress and tried it on to see if it was a good fit—it was.

She looked through the other clothes and found that they all came in her size.

It seemed that Jeremy was quite observant. He was able to estimate what size she wore. Were these clothes really intended for her or for another woman?

What if they were all for her? She decided to push these thoughts away. It wouldn't make a difference anyway as she was still trapped either way.
