Rachel turned her head away and didn't say anything. She didn't know how to face the two of them.

Tracy had been lukewarm towards Rachel since she was a child, but Jonathan was different. Although she had an indifferent personality, it didn't mean that she couldn't feel it. He had always treated her like a daughter.

But thinking of her own parents...

Jonathan coughed and cleared his throat. He took a look at Bill, who was next to Rachel, and said with a strange expression, "Mr. Bill, we have something to talk to Rachel. Could you please leave for a moment?"

"Okay."

When Bill was about to walk forward, his arm was grabbed by Rachel. She didn't move her eyes and said indifferently, "Bill is not an outsider. Just say it in front him."

Rachel didn't want to mention it again. She knew that only in the presence of outsiders, Jonathan would not talk about it.

As a result, Jonathan didn't know what to say. He touched his nose and could clearly feel the embarrassment and helplessness in the air.

When Tracy saw the hand grabbing the arm of Bill, she remembered that her son had made a scene because of Rachel, but Rachel hooked up with another man in just a few days. Her anger rose even more.

She snorted and said in a bad tone, "Rachel, even if you and Jack are over and not married now, at least we have raised you since you were a child. Now it's so difficult to talk to you."

Hearing Tracy mentioning her childhood, Rachel's face darkened.

At the thought of this, Jonathan turned to glare at Tracy and shouted, "Can you shut up?"

Although Tracy was dissatisfied, she couldn't say anything more. She crossed her arms over her chest and turned her back, unwilling to look at them again.

With a faint smile at the corners of her mouth, Rachel felt tired but had no fun. She said, "I don't want to talk about the past. As for the future, I hope I can live on my own."

The implication was that Rachel hoped they wouldn't disturb her life anymore. There was no point in saying anything else.

Jonathan raised his head and looked straight at her. A glimmer of gloom flashed across his turbid eyes, and his eyebrows frowned. He always knew that Rachel was a glib talker, but he didn't expect that before he could say a word, he was directly suppressed by her words and had no ability to fight back.

After standing there for a while, Rachel still felt a little uncomfortable in her belly.

She subconsciously put her hands on her lower abdomen, but when she thought of them standing in front of her, she put her hands down and lowered her body. She said, "Take good care of yourselves."

Now, the only thing she could say was that.

Her parents had passed away, and at least they had taken care of her for so many years. Even if Rachel wanted to hate them, she co

time, but they existed since the MK Group was established and were friends of Jonathan, so Jack turned a blind eye to them. As long as they didn't go too far, he wouldn't pursue them.

But he didn't expect that they would take advantage of their depravity to directly put their ideas into action.

Now that they had taken this step, don't blame his being ruthless.

Marcus had just finished dealing with a small shareholder. When he was driving back, he received a call from Jack. The two of them continued to talk for a while. When they were about to hang up, he asked, "I have found out where Rachel is now. Are you going to find her?"

There was dead silence on the other end of the phone.

Subconsciously, Marcus took a look at the phone. It showed that it was on the phone, or he would think that Jack had hung up.

After a while, Jack's clear voice came from the phone, "No, thanks."

As for the reason, Marcus didn't ask, nor did Jack tell him.

After hanging up the phone, Jack threw the phone to the passenger seat and bent over the steering wheel. Tears were condensed around his eyes like crystal.

He also wanted to get Rachel back.

But he was more afraid that she would leave him again and disappear from his life.

Jack didn't dare to go back to the bridal chamber for the two of them anymore. He moved to the apartment which had been empty all the time. He asked someone to simply tidy it up and then lived in.

On the second day, Jack drove to the company early in the morning. Surprised, Austin stood up and walked up to him in a few seconds. He swallowed and said excitedly, "Boss, you're finally back to work."

"Yup." Jack raised his hand to look at his watch and ordered directly, "Bring me all the documents piled up in this period."

"Well..." Austin hesitated and subconsciously glanced at his right hand, unable to speak.
