Viola could feel that her legs were constantly shivering.

She hit him with the ashtray just now, so Maynard must bear grudges against her.

'No, I can't stay here any longer!'

Viola waved her hand and asked for a taxi. She went back. When she was at home, she took out her suitcase and crammed it with her clothes.

"Mommy, are you going to move out?" As soon as Edgar came in, he saw that she was in a hurry. He lifted the corners of his mouth.

Putting the last piece of clothing on, Viola said without looking up, "Edgar, we're going to leave this place of trouble and move on to a brand new and peaceful life."

"What?" Edgar glanced at her, "Comrade Viola, be honest with me. Have you done something terrible?"

Viola shook her head like a wave drum, and pleaded, "My son, listen to me this time, and I'll explain it to you later, okay?"

Edgar said, concealing the concern in his eyes.

It was his first time to see his mother so terrified. It seemed that it was necessary to find it out by special means.

When she saw that he did not object, Viola knew that he had agreed and immediately let out a sigh of relief.

Now the situation was very serious. They might die if they didn't run. They had no chance in the future.

Viola packed up her stuff, took her son wearing a peaked cap by taxi to the airport reception desk to buy the tickets.

"Please give me two tickets to C City. Thank you." Viola said to the receptionist as she constantly looked back. She didn't know why she was so flustered.

The bank clerk at the airport smiled and said, "Please show me your ID card first."

Viola replied and passed her ID card.

The receptionist took a look at her ID card and her computer and apologized. "I'm sorry. We have received the notice that we can't sell the ticket to you."

Then she returned her ID card.

Puzzled, they looked at each other.

"Mommy, maybe it's all your fault." Edgar stared at her without a blink. "Leniency to those who confess and severity to those who refuse to be punished. What have you done?"

Viola squatted down and gently rubbed her son's head. "Nothing special. Maybe it's an accident. Let's go to more airports."

She was freaking out.

She dared not say that she hurt his father?

"I'm going to the bathroom. I'll interrogate you after I come back." After saying that, Edgar went into the men's bathroom.

Viola stood up and cried to the sky.

"Daddy, daddy, where are we going?"

A phone rang.

When she saw the strange number on the

screen, Viola hesitated for a while and pulled up. "Hello, who's that?"

"Ha, Viola, don't even think about escaping. You won't be able to escape."

When she heard Maynard's extremely calm voice coming through the phone, Viola could not stay calm any longer. She threw her cellphone onto the ground heavily and shouted, "Maynard, you idiot! Bastard! Why is she so haunted? "

Until now, she figured out that it was that guy who made her unable to buy the tickets!

She took a few deep breaths and finally calmed down. She bent down to pick up the phone, only to find that the screen was still on. What was worse, it showed that the call was not hung up.

Viola was so shocked that she raised her hand, trying to throw the phone away from her as far as possible. However, before she could do so, the voice at the other end of the line sounded, "You dare to curse me. Now let's wait and see."

Then he hung up the phone.

Her delicate hand fell down feebly. Viola didn't know whether to cry or not. It was hard for her not to cry.

She really wanted to slap herself! Why didn't she find out the phone was not hung up? Why!

That was what Edgar saw when he came back.

"Edgar, I'm afraid that mommy can't get through this. If anything happens to me, you must live on well." Viola held his little body, crying and crying.

Edgar patted her on the head and said, "Mommy, open your mouth and take the medicine."

Viola held her hands tightly and said firmly, "Edgar, listen to me. I am not capable to protect you and let you live a happy life, but you have to live a good life."

She couldn't buy a ticket now. Maybe in a few days she wouldn't even have a chance to live in the sunshine.

Or she might end up in jail.

Her face was changing as she bit her finger so hard that she looked very worried.

"Mommy, let's go home first. It's so embarrassing."

Edgar had been accustomed to her last words. With a roll of eyes, he pushed her away, took his suitcase and walked back by his short legs.

'I can't leave now. Whoever dares to bully my mommy will pay the price,' he thought to himself!

"Edgar, are you comforting me? How about your arms? " Viola pretended to complain and wiped away the tears that didn't even exist.

Edgar looked back and said, "This is for your future daughter-in-law. You have no right to get it."

He continued to drag her luggage out.

Viola choked and followed up, "Edgar, you don't have a daughter-in-law yet. I borrow it."

Edgar glared at her, "Stop it."
