Rebecca called me as soon as I received her email in the morning. I was busy with the expansion of Hotel B in South Korea, but she insisted that she had to speak to me. What she had sent me was a file about the fucker, Raoul Velazquez.

"What are these?" I asked, scrolling thru the email.

"That is the details about the club he owned. It's called The Hightower Club. It's an elite club. Most guests were VIPs, celebrities, even politicians. It has a good reputation, surprisingly."

"He's not an ordinary man to run a club like this. I know this club. What else?"

"He's a wealthy man, Luke. Hightower Club has a branch in London. It's bigger than the one in Boston."

I gritted through my teeth. This man was really something. I scrolled to the next page. It was the list of his VVIP guests in London. I found a lot of celebrities' names on the list.

"Do you think it's possible that he's in London?" I queried.

"He's currently in London right now."

I clenched my fist. "Wait. What? We have a lead now? Did you confirm?"

"Yes. The information Scarlet gave us about this club gave us a lead. He's currently living in a penthouse in…" I heard a sound of turning pages in the line, "Lombard Street."

Goddammit. That son of a bitch was living in luxury when Scarlet was here suffering alone.

"How did you get all of this stuff?"

"Ryan got the files."

"Set me an appointment with Ryan. I want to talk to him."

"No problem."

I opened the next file. He sure had put the necessary details here. But I stopped as I read the first paragraph. It's a prosecutor's file. A dismissed criminal case.

"The prosecutor's file…. Why is this case dismissed?"

"No further evidence, unfortunately." Rebecca sighed sharply. "He got away."

Fuck! I ran my fingers over my head in damn frustration then banged the table with my fist.

The realization took over me. Everything makes sense to me now. This was what she couldn't utterly tell me. She was abused by that fucker. He didn't just lock her up, she was sexually abused. That concluded her reaction when she abruptly broke down at Aries' clinic.

A case file had been filed against him. A rape case filed by Nathaniel Archer.

"I'm going to fucking kill him, Rebecca, " I promised.

"Don't act anything out of anger, Luke, " she warned. "You

ld the door open.

A gorgeous blonde in a wheelchair appeared on the door.

"Oh, God! Thank you very much." I watched her as she struggled to push her wheelchair inside the elevator with her bare hands.

Was she okay? Why was she alone? She should have a company.

"You're welcome, " I murmured.

She looked at me with her ocean blue eyes and smiled.

I pressed the button for my destined floor. The elevator started to go up. She still didn't push a number.

"Hi! Um… excuse me?" I prompted.

"Yes?" She looked up at me.

"Can I help you? Which floor are you going to?"

"Oh." She glanced at the buttons. "We're on the same floor. Thank you."

I frowned. It was the executive's floor. Luke's floor. She must be mistaken, or was she visiting Luke?

"Are you an employee?" she suddenly asked.

"Oh, no. I'm here to visit."

Her eyelashes flicked. "You're visiting the CEO?"

Her eyes scanned me from the head to toe, and she looked up at me again and smiled. Who was this woman? The sudden elevator tinged when we reached the floor.

"Um, can you help me up?" she requested.

"You're going to the CEO's office. Can you help me get there? I'm having a hard time in this wheelchair."

"Oh. Of course."

I walked behind her and pushed the wheelchair forward, and stopped at the lobby. A smartly dressed female receptionist greeted us.

"Good evening, miss. Can I help you?" she asked.

"I'm visiting Luke. Can you call him?" the woman answered for me. "Tell him it's Stacy."
