When Harry turned around, the two men were already running away.

He knew he had to act fast. He first made sure that Cassandra was fine, then quickly dashed towards the two men and caught up with them in a blink of an eye. In just a few seconds, the two men were down.

After Harry kicked the second one on the groin, the two men lay flat on the ground, groaning in pain.

The fight had drawn quite the crowd. Harry's eyebrows stretched into a frown. He threw the two beaten men in the back of the car and asked Cassandra and Sara to get in as well.

Finally, Harry drove off, only to be blocked by a group of people on the road a few minutes later.

A deep crease set between his brows. 'These two must've some sort of GPS or communication device that could sent out their location, ' he thought.

Meanwhile, the group of people continued to advance towards the car, and appeared to hold thick wooden planks in their hands.

Naturally, Harry knew he couldn't handle them by himself—so he quickly took out his phone and dialed a number.

Then, he quickly turned to the girls in the backseat and said, "Lock the doors. Don't get out."

The next moment they saw him open the door and get out of the car. Cassandra wanted to ask him to get back in, but decided to lock the door first when she saw a quivering Sara in fear, and told her to squat down.

"Who are you to block my way?" Harry asked coldly.

The man who looked like the leader of the group had a deep scar that marred his firm-looking face, and a tall, sturdy built.

"Hah. Who are you? You're a nobody. Of course I can block you," the man shot back.

Harry's eyes remained indifferent. "Even though the Ji family has been focusing on international businesses these past few years, I think we still hold power here as well," he said.

The man who was called Jeff

y.

Jeff had seen his fair share of hard times, but his face suddenly changed when he saw the badges on the men's sleeves.

'That is indeed the badge representing the Ji family! But why would they appear here!

Aren't they… operating overseas? I didn't hear any news that they were back!' Jeff internally panicked.

His people who were previously savage and fearless now all gathered behind him, necks craned to see what was going on.

Meanwhile, Cassandra asked Sara to hand her the phone, which she used to call Rufus.

Needless to say, Rufus must have been looking all over for her by now, and surely he couldn't find any clue where she had gone.

On his end, Rufus was walking towards a dingy building. He heard that Charlie was in this club. As he walked in, his phone rang.

The caller ID showed an unknown number and since he was such in a hurry, he just frowned and instantly hung up.

On the other end of the line, Cassandra tried to call again but it wouldn't connect.

'Could it be that something happened to Rufus as well?' she thought.

Harry groaned in pain and his vision was a bit blurred, but a hand crossed his view and helped him get up. Then, he wiped the blood from the corner of his lips.
