Riley's POV:

It never crossed my mind. I never thought I'd meet his family like that - tied up on cold concrete. But there I was, in a warehouse and fighting to defending myself once again. It made me realize how messed up Cameron's life really is, worse than mine.

I hope things get better with them. On the other note, I think he's hiding something though. I don't know what it is. I should be used to it. My mom hid the fact that my life was a complete lie from me. Now Cameron found out that he has a little sister that he didn't know about until now. That just shows how the people in our family functions.

"Riley, come downstairs for breakfast!"

I went downstairs and joined my parents for breakfast. As I get there, I saw them smiling at each other. They are so happy now that a new family member is on the way. I'm excited to see them genuinely happy. It's been a while since the family has been happy about something family related other than Dad being to able to open his boxing school here.

"I can't wait for tomorrow."

"What's going on, tomorrow?"

"Some up and coming boxers are coming to my boxing school to train."

Why do I feel like that was somewhat true yet a complete lie? Are they hiding a secret from me? I hate when they do that sometimes. Then there's other times where they do it for a good reason though.

"So, Riley, what are you planning to do today?"

"I don't know maybe some school work since I don't any plans for today."

Suddenly, I heard Dad's phone ring.

Matt's POV:

As my phone rang, Riley heard it and so did Silvia. I left the table to go answer it and it was the employee at the airport.

"Hello, is this Mr. Matt West?"

I could hear the excitement in his voice.

"Yes, it is."

"Your flight from California to Australia is all set to go. Everything went through and your flight is at 7 a.m."

"Thank you."

"A pleasure doing business with you, sir."

"Same to you."

Then I called Cameron.

"Hey, Cameron. I got some good news."

"Hey, Matt.

Now I'm an eleven year old street fighter. What about you?"

"Well, I was kidnapped at nine years old. I lived in a warehouse in California for a very long time and managed to become something you wouldn't want to be. I was abused by dad and neglected by mom. Now, I'm twenty years old trying to get my life together."

"What did you become?"

"I became an assassin."

"How did you meet your girlfriend?"

"While I was kidnapped. She lived in the same warehouse."

"She's an assassin too?"

"Cool. It's getting late and mom hates it when I'm out this late. Can I stay here for a while?"

"You're welcome. You can sleep in the guest room upstairs next to my room and it has its own bathroom. I'll show you around the rest of the house in the morning."

I showed her to the guest room and went to my room. As I get there, I took a shower and changed my clothes. I checked on her and she was fast asleep. I went back to my room and went to sleep.
