The sun's glare of sunshine, made my eyes flutter open. I sat up, sweating from another one my nightmares-well memories. My dad walked in, smiling.

Seven years has changed him, age was pretty damn kind to him. He wrapped me into one of his signature warm embraces the one that always seemed to make me feel human; not the monster I used to be.

"Morning, princess."

"Morning, Dad."

"Did you sleep well?"

"Yeah, " I lied.

"Good. Now, get ready. You have to go to school and you don't want to be late."

"Okay, dad."

He left and went to his office. I got ready, covering up my seven-year-old scars and somewhat toned body in a baggy sweater and jeans to match. I put my hair in a ponytail and went downstairs to the kitchen. There, I saw dad, engrossed into his newspaper, his arm flexing every time he picks his coffee mug up.

I grabbed my bag, throwing it over my shoulder; kissing his cheek and waving goodbye.

~School~

I thought the school might've changed since my disappearance. I used to come by and watch dad play basketball with his boxing friends. I saw two familiar faces, gawking at me, their mouths open wide, probably attempting to catch a few flies.

They made a b-line straight for me, tackling me to the floor. They were my best friends since kindergarten. Carmen and Jamie, the two girls completely opposite of me.

"RILEY!" they yelled, hugging me tightly, restricting my air supply.

"Hi...guys, " I said, struggling to breathe.

Carmen was already crying, that was unnecessary. I don't deserve that. I don't deserve anyone's love at all. I spent seven years, snapping necks, blowing up buildings, shoot snipers and incinerating people alive.

I tried my best to enjoy the moment, but the moment was short-lived. The two most self-centered people made an entrance, holding small envelopes.

Looks like those are invitations.

"Attention everyone!" Tiffany said loudly, her voice booming through the horn she was holding at her lips. "We are having a house party next Friday at my place. Everyone except nerds are invited!"

Looks like I'm not going to that party. I'm not invited and I could care less. I've been to parties that were better.

"Riley, you're coming to that party and we won't take no for an answer, " Jamie said, finally getting off of me followed by Carmen.

I sighed, definitely realizing the trap they set for me. But I know how to escape any and every trap.

"Riley, can you please come with us? It won't be the same without you. I mean, we're the three musketeers. Can't go to a party without the full team. Can we?" Carmen asked, her eyes making that puppy dog look.

"When you put it that way, it's an irresistible request but I'm not going to that party and you can't change my mind."

"Suit yourself."

Why would I go to that stupid party anyway? My dad and I might have something planned that day. After hearing the stupid announcement, I went to my locker and grabbed my books. After getting my books, I started walking to class. I hope I don't bump into Kyle right now. I honestly don't want to see him.

~Lunch~

Kyle's POV:

I'm Kyle Vaughn, the school's bad boy, and extremely hot jock. I'm the guy that everyone would

love to hang with and the guy that girls want to be with. I like to hang out with my best friend, Derek, sleeping around with the cheerleaders also known as bimbos and playing with girls' emotions. I think it's fun especially when you have the hottest girl in school as your girlfriend.

"Hey man, got any plans this weekend?"

I ran a hand through my hair. "Nope Tiffany needs me at the mall with her."

"Dude, ditch her. Let's go have some real fun."

"What kind of fun are we talking?"

"Playing with girls' emotions, duh."

"Who should I get next?"

"Riley."

"The nerd? No way, man. She's not even hot enough. Plus, she's way out of my league."

"I bet you twenty dollars, you can't get her in the bed with you."

"Is that a challenge?" I asked, perplexed.

"Yes, it is."

"Fine, I can do it within a week. I could probably get her in bed at the party."

We shook hands and I looked at Riley. I think this will be easy. What girl doesn't want a guy like me? Just look at me.

~After School~

Riley's POV:

I left school, getting homework done; not even staying to catch up with Carmen and Jamie. They don't need to know where I've been or what I've done.

I arrived home; parking my car in the driveway. I waited at the door as it opened. I hugged dad, heading inside and making a b-line for my room. I went on my laptop only to see Jamie's name pop up on Skype. Then, there was a buzz, coming my phone; revealing a message from an unknown number. No one else has my number except my dad, Carmen, and Jamie. Someone must've given this person my number.

"Hey, so you're coming to the party, right?" she asked, confirming with me.

"No, I'm not. I like to avoid places where Kyle and Tiffany are located, " I stated, bluntly

"Well, you're coming because Carmen and I can't go without you."

"I know that, but you know why I don't go to parties."

"Suit yourself."

"Bye, Jamie."

"Bye, Ry."

I read the text message.

Hey beautiful.

An uneasy came over me, reading the message. Who could this be?

R: Now, who the hell are you?

U: A secret admirer. To be completely honest, I think you're the sexiest nerd I've seen at school.

I scoffed. Typical. R: Please. The last thing I want is attention. Besides I like being invisible.

U: you're not invisible to me.

R: Why contact me when there are girls who look way better than me? I mean, I'm a nerd. You're probably a jock who doesn't even care that I exist.

U: Of course, I care that you exist. You're the only one that matters. Those girls aren't you and I don't care about them. You're all I care about.

R: Um, I have to go.

U: Good night, gorgeous. Don't make the bed bugs bite.

With that, I let sleep take over my body. Who is this secret admirer? Why is this person so interested in me? Am I really that important?

----------------------------------------------------

Hi guys, I'm sorry that I deleted the Street Fighter. It's all because I'm rewriting it. Here it is again but in a different storyline. I promise I'll make it more realistic this time. Thanks for the support though. Hope you enjoy this version of the Street Fighter.
