My voice raised a little bit, blinking back the small tears already prickling at the corners of my eyes, watching him stare at me for a couple of moments in complete silence, before he slowly placed the empty glass back on its place, his palms gingerly cupping my cheeks as he warmly said, "I know. But that doesn't matter anymore.

"So t-that m-means he's..." The words died in my throat, replaced by a huge lump, making it hard for me to even breathe as I heard him quietly saying, "Yes. He's a fallen now. A fallen angel."
