Lucifer

Three days...

It's been three days since her last awake moments, the sound of her steady breathings and slow heart rate being the only indicators that she was still alive...

We've tried everything...From Raphael's healing powers to powerful witches, and even regular human doctors...Unfortunately, nothing seemed to work...

She seemed way too stubborn to even try to wake back up...

So Blake-like...

I internally chuckled, watching over her peaceful, unmoving form. She looked exactly the same, since that damned day. Her light brown hair shone in the faint rays of sunlight, peeking in between the thick curtains, contrasting her fiery red streaks, enlightening her every feature.

Long, thick lashes rested upon her cheekbones, hiding those hypnotising forest green irises I grew quite fond of, to be honest, her child-like features looking so soft, so peaceful now, making it seem like she was having nothing but pleasant dreams...

But the truth was very far from it...

My brother's constant painful groans, accompanied by a light sheen of sweat covering his entire body, and constantly whriting on that bed, right in the next chamber was enough for us realise what she was really going through.

"I'll go check on Raz, " I gently placed my hand over my dear fri

uggling to maintain herself still.

She seemed extremely exhausted, which was pretty understandable, after such a long nap.

"It was horrible..." She whimpered, tears forming once again in her bloodshot eyes as she slowly lowered her gaze on her bare thighs, seeming like she was briefly recalling something.

"Don't let it happen, please!" She started screaming all of a sudden, struggling to raise herself from that bed, obviously failing, since she was too weak to even sit straight.

"Please don't let it happen!

I don't want that to happen!

"Please Luc!" She kept begging between tears, making me feel a heavy pang of pain straight in the middle of my chest, as I ultimately realised what she was talking about...

She saw it...

She saw it happen...
