"Come, we don't have much time." He stated, as he hurriedly walked towards the front door, with Azrael and Raph flanking his sides, while Rick, Leila and I were following like little puppies, a little taken aback by their sudden hustle.

I increased my pace, as we now walked past the front doors, trying to catch up with his long strides, as I asked, "Wait! Where are we going?"

"We are going to take you guys somewhere safe." He stated, his voice dripping with seriousness, as he now suddenly turned around, facing us.

"What? Why? What's wrong with this place?" I asked, staring at him, obviously confused.

He sighed, nervously running a hand through his dark locks, as he said, "Look, this is not the right time nor place to talk about this, but once we get there, I promise you'll get your answers, ok?"

"Ok..." I reluctantly nodded, giving up, then started walking on the alley, towards the car, but suddenly got stopped in my tracks, when I suddenly heard him ask, "Wait, where are you going?"

I quickly spun around, staring at him, obviously confused, as I replied, unsure, "To the car?"

He lightly chuckled, making me stare at him even more confused, before he finally said, "Yeah...um, actually, we are not going to take the cars.

We're going to use the faster, easier way."

Just as he finished that sentence, he quickly shrug

y?" I heard Azrael's deep voice, gently ringing in my ears, the vibration from his hard chest lightly tickling the skin on my arm, and I slowly nodded, keeping my gaze down, not even daring to look up in his eyes.

"Good. Now, hold on tight." He instructed, and before I could realise what was happening, we bolted straight upwards the darkening sky, the cold gust of air chilling the bare areas of my skin, making me involuntarly snuggle closer to his warm body, feeling his grip slightly tightening around me, and once I took a glimpse down, noticing exactly how far away we were from the ground, a frightened scream escaped my lips, my arms tightly curling around him, burrying my face in the crook of his neck, inhaling his fresh, calming scent, as I heard his deep voice soothingly whisper in my ear, "Shh, it's ok. I won't drop you. I promise."
