1. Fruits

These are foods that have a high nutritional value. These include apples, bananas, oranges, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, pears, pineapples etc.

2. Vegetables

These have a concentrated amount of nutrients. Having very low carbs and calories, it is one of the healthiest foods and an essential part of a balanced diet. These include broccoli, asparagus, brussels, celery, lettuce, turnips, carrots, cauliflower, cucumber, onions, spinach, potatoes, radish and other leafy vegetables.

2. Eggs

Eggs are loaded with high proteins, vitamins, iron and good fats which are essential for your body. These are useful in preventing eye diseases since they are rich in antioxidants.


but it"s actually the opposite. Starving will cause belly fat to increase, and along with it, the risk of type 2 diabetes and other heart diseases, not to mention reduction in insulin resistance. The reason for this is, when your body doesn"t get enough calories, it starts converting the proteins into fat and storing them in your belly as a source of energy. So it is better to divide the meals three to four times a day than skipping them altogether.
