Keep achievable goals

Whenever you make a resolution, let it be simple. Start slow, cut down on the junk food slowly, one by one. Start trying out healthy foods.

Never give up

When you have started something good, you might feel like giving up every day, but stay strong. You might not get the results right away. It will take some time. So be patient. As long as you take it slow, everything will work out smoothly. Especially if you are determined to make a change in your lifestyle.

Cut off unhealthy foods

Slowly start getting rid of you unhealthy eating habits. Slowly switch

soft drinks. Especially don"t consume alcohol, which will pack you with shitload of empty calories. To put it bluntly, this stuff will make you fat.

A Cheat meal per week

You can have cheat meal per week, where you can eat anything you want. But don"t overeat. And if you have a urge to eat chocolate then stick to black chocolate, which is healthier than the normal ones.
